Views from train windows, images projected on screens, and people passing by—everyday life repeatedly brings us into contact with scenes that pass before us.
Images follow one another as though scrolling. They may appear repetitive, yet each emerges as a distinct event. Still, they move on without becoming strongly connected to us, passing without settling deeply in the body.
This work attends to this state of perception without full involvement.
